Below are "active" new construction homes in the Seattle metro area. When looking for a new construction home keep in mind that many properties are "pre sale" or "sold off market". Tips for buying new construction: Research the builder, check out the warranty, read the builder's addendum, inspect the unit, budget for sewer capacity charge (about $50 a month), do a final walk through before you move in and do another inspection before your warranty is up :)
