Below are "active" new construction homes in the Seattle metro area. When looking for a new construction home keep in mind that many properties are "pre-sale" or "sold off market". Tips for buying new construction: Research the builder, check out the warranty, read the builder's addendum, inspect the unit, budget for sewer capacity charge (about $60 a month), do a final walk-through before you move in, and do another inspection before your warranty is up :)

Benefits of buying new construction: Could be move-in ready or customized to your needs, less bidding wars, more units to select from, and the security of a builder's warranties.
